Chilean AI startup Vambe has successfully raised $3.85 million in a funding round led by Monashees, with participation from Nazca and M13.
Vambe is an innovative multi-channel AI sales agent designed to manage client conversations throughout all stages of the sales funnel. The platform seamlessly integrates with sales tools and CRMs, creating detailed customer profiles based on chat patterns, and automatically suggests products tailored to customer needs.
The newly acquired funds will enable Vambe to launch new products and expand its presence in Latin America, particularly focusing on the Mexican market. “In Mexico, the conversational aspect is crucial for sales, especially in the SME market, where this technology makes the platform a key player in the industry,” stated Héctor Sepúlveda, co-founder and Managing Partner of Nazca.
Founded in 2023, Vambe currently serves over 300 clients and boasts an annual recurring revenue (ARR) exceeding $1 million.
