Spend.com rolls out website and it’s not a bank
After selling for more than $800k in a DropCatch auction, Spend.com is now live. Its founders don’t reveal much about themselves but they state they are not a bank. The Spend Rewards Card has some interesting offers—when it becomes available, that is.
