Moderated by ICA General Counsel Zak Muscovitch, the panel features Owen Smigelski (Namecheap), Roger Carney (GoDaddy), Jothan Frakes (PLISK.COM), and Theo Geurts (Realtime Register B.V.), discussing ICANN’s recent changes to domain transfer rules, current challenges, and future developments.
