London-based startup Vente AI has raised £500,000 in pre-seed funding just six months after its launch. The funds will be used to integrate its AI-powered product with existing recruitment tools, streamlining user onboarding for its clients.
The company addresses a significant challenge in the recruitment industry, where agencies spend up to 40% of their time identifying and analyzing leads. Vente AI’s lead analysis model automates these sales processes, offering actionable recommendations for opportunities with high closing potential.
“I’ve spent over 12 years in recruitment and know firsthand how time-intensive business development can be,” said Cameron Briggs, Vente AI’s co-founder and CEO. Briggs previously founded a recruitment tech platform that enhanced application filtering. “By automating these manual processes, we aim to cut costs, boost productivity, and enhance efficiency in one of the UK’s largest professional services industries.”
Since launching its product just two months ago, Vente AI claims to have generated over £300,000 in additional revenue for recruitment agencies by helping process 250 candidates.
The funding round was led by early-stage investor Antler VC, along with a network of angel backers.
“Vente AI’s founders bring a compelling mix of domain expertise and technical acumen to solve a major industry pain point,” said Jed Rose, Partner at Antler VC. “Their technology promises to drive efficiency and competitiveness in recruitment, making it a scalable and impactful solution.”
Operating out of Antler’s tech hub in London’s East End, Vente AI is poised to drive innovation in recruitment through cutting-edge automation.
